I'm finally eighteen. I thought it was never going to happen. I got the most incredible present.

I'M GOING TO PARIS IN JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll be spending two weeks there. Aunt Lauren has an apartment there and she says she's going to be in town, so I'll be staying with her. I have the best parents ever. I don't care if I'm bragging. This is my best birthday ever.

I am super excited for PROM!!!!!!!!!! I've got a totally good feeling about it. It's going to be aweeeeeeeeeeesome.

Prom is coming up and I've got everything expect for one thing. A date.

This is causing me to freak out. I do not want to go to the prom dateless. I've never been without a date before until last year I kind of needed a date to be able to go. The idea of going to the prom that means the most to me without a date feels wrong. Horribly wrong. I so need to stop thinking about it.

As much as I want to be the prom queen ever since my first prom, it might not happen and I'm going to have to live with it. I need a date so I can live with it better.

It was my mom and dad's nineteenth wedding anniversary last weekend and they had a party to celebrate it. I just now got my hands on some pictures. I'm in all of them. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be interested in random strangers.

Okay. One of my resolutions for 2009 was to make people more aware of the benefits of going green. It's very important that we make the effort to take care of our planet, so I was thinking about starting a Go Green coalition. If you are interested, join me at the Argo after school on Friday. I'm having a craving for fries and a shake anyway. I'm awarding myself for exercising every day. Thank you Wii Fit

I think it's time for the prom committee to start planning things. I don't know about some of you, but I don't want to end up in the gym for my last prom ever. Most people start planning their prom when the school year begins. We're probably going to end up with canned music and horrible food if we don't do something now.
